١. من نحن ونطاق هذه السياسة
شركة المشير الحديثة للحراسات الأمنية (Al Mosheer Modern Security Co.)، المملكة العربية السعودية، هي الجهة المسؤولة عن استخدام بيانات استفسارات العملاء الموضحة هنا. تتناول هذه السياسة زيارات موقع almosheer.net وصفحاته العربية، وطلبات الخدمات وعروض الأسعار التي تصل عبر الموقع أو الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو حسابات الشركة ونماذج إعلاناتها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بما فيها LinkedIn وFacebook وInstagram.

٢. البيانات التي نتلقاها وكيف نجمعها
بحسب النموذج أو وسيلة التواصل، قد تشمل البيانات الاسم الأول والأخير، اسم الشركة، المسمى الوظيفي، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني المهني، المدينة، وتفاصيل المنشأة والخدمة المطلوبة ومحتوى المراسلات. تصلنا هذه البيانات عندما تقدمها مباشرة أو ترسل نموذج إعلان قد يحتوي على بيانات ملفك الشخصي التي تعرضها المنصة عليك للمراجعة قبل الإرسال. وقد يصلنا اسمك وبيانات الاتصال المهنية من ممثل شركتك في سياق طلب خدمة.

٥. الحفظ والحماية والإتلاف
تُدار الاستفسارات إلكترونيًا عبر قنوات التواصل وحسابات الأعمال وسجلات متابعة الطلبات. يجب قصر الوصول إلى البيانات على من يحتاجها لأداء مهمة مصرح بها، مع اتخاذ التدابير التنظيمية والتقنية المناسبة. لا توجد وسيلة إرسال أو تخزين إلكترونية تضمن الأمان المطلق.

٨. تحديث السياسة
ننشر التحديثات في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تعديل. وإذا استلزم استخدام جديد لبياناتك إشعارًا إضافيًا أو موافقة جديدة، فيجب تقديم ذلك قبل بدء هذا الاستخدام.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Al Mosheer Modern Security Co. (شركة المشير الحديثة للحراسات الأمنية), Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the use of customer-enquiry information described here. This policy covers visits to almosheer.net and its Arabic pages, and service enquiries and quotation requests made through our website, telephone, email, company social accounts and advertising forms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

2. Information we receive and its sources
Depending on the form or communication channel, information may include first and last name, company, job title, telephone number, business email, city, site and service requirements, and correspondence. Your company representative may also supply professional contact details in connection with a service request.

Making an enquiry is optional, but without essential contact details and requirements we may be unable to respond or prepare a suitable proposal.
